Is it allowed to bring children/babies?

Accommodation in the suite is intended for couples only – ages 21 and up.
Unfortunately, we do not host children or infants, out of a desire to maintain a quiet, intimate, and relaxing atmosphere in the complex.

Is it possible to come with pets?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not.
Accommodation in the suite is not suitable for pets, out of a desire to maintain cleanliness, allergy-free living, and meticulous maintenance for all guests.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 14 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation made within 14 days prior to the date of accommodation – will be charged in full.
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation ("No Show") will also be charged in full.

Question 4

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Check-in to the suite starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. In some cases, you may arrive earlier – we will inform you on the day of arrival if the suite will be ready ahead of time.
If you would like to stay until Saturday night, this must be arranged in advance. Check-out on Saturday night involves an additional fee of 250 NIS, and is subject to suite availability.

How is payment made? Can I pay with Bit, credit or transfer?

Yes, you can pay by credit card, BitPay or bank transfer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or bank transfer, we would be happy for you to contact us by phone in advance to make arrangements.
Payment by credit card can be made directly through the website, or via a secure link that will be sent to you after placing your order.

What does the coffee order include?

A cozy coffee corner awaits you in the suite, which includes an electric kettle, a Nespresso espresso machine with capsules, sugar, tea, and instant coffee – everything you need to start the day or end a pleasant evening.
In the garden you can pick fresh herbs such as mint, lemon balm, and sage and prepare yourself a natural, soothing infusion.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking for suite guests – just let us know in advance. On the day of arrival, you will receive a message from us with a precise explanation of where to park and how to enter the suite.
Please make sure to park exactly in the designated spot, to maintain order and not disturb neighbors on the access road.

Is there air conditioning and heating in the suite?

The suite is equipped with a high-quality air conditioner that operates both in summer and winter – for cooling or heating depending on the season.
At night, a huge, soft, and luxurious double duvet awaits you – perfect for a cozy couple's cuddle.

Is there a smart TV in the suite?

yes.
In the suite you will find a smart TV with a connection to YES channels, including the ability to watch programs that have already been broadcast via rewind.
In addition, you can connect to apps like Netflix and YouTube through your personal subscription – and enjoy a pleasant and luxurious evening even inside the suite.

Is there Wi-Fi in the suite?

The suite has a convenient and stable Wi-Fi connection.
In the room you will find a small sign with your username and password - so you can easily log in and enjoy free browsing.

What does the accommodation include?

Accepted Answer

The accommodation includes accommodation only – the suite does not provide food or beverage services. However, the area is full of great restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment venues with a good atmosphere.
You can also order food directly to your suite and enjoy it in comfort and intimacy. If you need recommendations or help choosing – we will be happy to direct you to the best places in the area.

Is there a private entrance to the suite?

Yes. The suite and its garden belong only to you – complete privacy is guaranteed. At the entrance gate to the complex you will pass through a shared, quiet and pleasant garden, where you will hardly meet people. From there you will enter through a wooden gate into your private garden and suite.
A quiet, pleasant, and intimate experience awaits you – just like a couples vacation should be.

How many guests can stay in the suite?

The suite is intended for one couple only and is suitable for quiet, romantic and intimate accommodation.
Accommodation for guests aged 21 and over – We do not host children or infants, in order to maintain a uniform and relaxed stay experience for all guests.

Is it possible to cook in the suite?

Accepted Answer

In the suite you will find a cozy kitchenette with a mini-bar refrigerator, an electric kettle, a Nespresso espresso machine, basic kitchen utensils such as plates, cups and cutlery - everything you need to make coffee, tea and light snacks.
We make sure to stock the suite with cold water, milk, coffee capsules, and spices for herbal tea – so you can pamper yourself from the very first minute.
Please note: It is not possible to cook hot food or use a BBQ on site. If you need anything else during your stay – we are always here for you and will be happy to help.
